One treatment
GET/api/v1/treatments/:id
A treatment has a screen of its own, where it is read and corrected in the same place, so it has an address of its own to answer at. See decision 0029.
It carries the animals most recently put on it, and whether they still are. Scoped to the groups the reader can reach: the medicine is an instance's, who is taking it is not.
