Start an outing
POST/api/v1/visits
Usually empty: asking for a visit writes one and the animals are added to it afterwards, which is how a note works too. See decision 0034.
records is there for a client that already knows who went. Each is an
ordinary medical entry owned by its animal, written without a clinic or
staff of its own because the outing holds those.
