Every category a movement of money can be under
GET/api/v1/money/categories
What money is for, as an instance keeps it: seeded with what a shelter spends on and takes in, and added to by an administrator. Each row says which side it belongs to, so a form writing a cost is never offered "Grant". See decision 0050.
Open to anybody signed in, because these are words rather than amounts. What a purse holds is another matter and lives behind its own rule.
