Turn an entry into another kind
POST/api/v1/entries/:id/convert
Only a note becoming an activity, today. Every field a note carries an activity carries too, so the move loses nothing: the date, the files and the tags stay on the entry, and the words become the activity's description. The entry keeps its id, so a link to it still opens it.
