What is on the calendar in a range
GET/api/v1/calendar
Records and plans together, which since decision 0018 are one list read two ways. The range is asked for rather than assumed, because a calendar knows which month it is showing and a fixed window would be wrong for eleven of the twelve. Defaults to the next sixty days.
